Crocsfest 2022 Wrap Up

On 7th – 8th December, we celebrated 20 years of Crocs with the highly anticipated, Crocs Fest 2022!

Breathing energy and life into one of Sydney’s most historic and iconic areas, The Rocks – backed by the Sydney Harbour; we saw a diverse mix of culture, communities and individuals coming together championing grass roots and established talent, from artists, musicians, drag queens, photographers, artists and more, to commemorate 20 years of the ‘ugly shoe’. We saw an impressive 650+ guests attend on the day of the event with Crocs dominating The Rocks and overflowing into the streets of Sydney following the event.

Crocs Fest was a beating hub of creativity, self-expression and a space to immerse within the colourful world of personalisation, allowing guests to tell their own story and show their colours throughout each of the unique interactive zones within the space, whilst enjoying music from local and international musicians such as Client Liaison, and educational elements from national Sydney-based Art Schools and brand touchpoints.

The PPR team transformed The Rocks heritage space into an illusive Crocs wonderland including:

  • A collaborative art room with an interactive ‘Graffiti Wall’ for self-expression, was a hub for art to come to life in real time

  • Art sculptures custom created for display by GQ Man of the Year, Jordan Gogos and Julia Baldini

  • ‘Crocs Collaboration Museum’ showcasing 20 years of iconic collaborations

  • Australian grassroots artists, musicians and DJs filled the space all day long, with the well-respected Client Liaison ending the night with their surprise  live performance

  • Milk Dance Studio performed an impromptu choreographed routine

  • The entrance welcomed guests with a ‘Crocs Concierge’ where Portobello PR assisted guests in finding their dream colour and style

  • ‘Pick N Mix’ Jibbitz Station encouraged guests to personalise their gifted Crocs and make them their own

  • Cult-favourite Butter Boy created custom sorbet in iconic Crocs colourways, along with a Dr Dough Donuts wall for guests to enjoy throughout their journey

  • Refreshments from local sustainable supplier, Wallaby Water were offered to guests upon arrival, with Pals & Better Beer on offer for the evening
