QUAY x AUSTRALIAN OPEN
Over the course of the 17th to the 30th of January at the Australian Open, QUAY Australia held a dedicated retail store, a presence in the Atrium, gifting in the player’s lounge and the Beach House, as well as hosting a corporate box for special guests. Here, QUAY showcased the vast range of styles as well as a dedicated edit to key media and influencers.
"We are thrilled to kick off the year as a proud supporter of AO Retail, introducing the Quay brand on the event grounds, and uniting people through fashion and sport," Quay CEO Jodi Bricker said.
The QUAY retail store included a spin-to-win giveaway game where customers could win free swag and sunnies, a photo booth, and a full collection of eyewear including the exclusive range of QUAY x AO styles and bestsellers, starting at $65 AUD.
During the event QUAY launched their specially curated Australian Open edit ‘QUAY x AO’. Available in the dedicated Aus Open retail store as well as online. The edit consisted of 28 pairs of their best selling and polarised sunglasses.
The guest list featured fashion and lifestyle influencers and cultural tastemakers, KOL's and key fashion editors including, media: ELLE, Marie Claire, Daily Mail. As well as influencers: AJ Clementine, Grace Hyland, Zara Mcdonald, Michelle Andrews, Josh Carroll, Skye Laddell, Mitch Hibbered, Tina Provis, Josh Moss, Millie Ford, Maxine Wylde, Levi Neufelda and Ella Cervetto.
Additionally, Quay will be supporting the Australian Tennis Foundation with a $20,000AUD donation to contribute to key initiatives such as their First Nation's Program, which uses tennis as a vehicle to build confidence in first nation's kids living in remote communities.
